1. Objective
To promote an inclusive, safe, and discrimination-free work environment for LGTBI individuals, in accordance with Law 4/2023.

2. Initial Assessment
An assessment of diversity and inclusion within the company will be conducted, with voluntary and anonymous participation from staff.

3. LGTBI+ Plan
A plan will be developed with specific objectives, inclusion measures, training resources, and annual monitoring.

4. LGTBI Harassment Protocol
A specific protocol will be implemented to prevent and respond to harassment based on sexual orientation or gender identity. The responsible committee will be composed of the company’s partners.

5. Mandatory Training
All staff will receive annual training on sexual and gender diversity. The partners will actively participate in these sessions.

6. Inclusive Language
The use of inclusive language will be promoted in all internal and external communications of the company.

7. Diversity Committee
The diversity committee will be composed of the company’s partners, who will oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of the LGTBI+ plan.

8. Equality in Recruitment and Promotion
Equal opportunities will be guaranteed in recruitment, promotion, and access to social benefits, without discrimination based on LGTBI status.
