This policy applies to all individuals associated with the company, including partners, employees, suppliers, and clients.

2. Reporting Procedure
A confidential reporting channel is established via email, internal form, or the Ethical Channel on the website. All reports will be handled with absolute confidentiality and respect. The investigation committee will be composed of the company’s partners, who will act with impartiality and diligence.

3. Investigative Committee
The committee responsible for investigating cases will be composed of the partners of NARA CAPITAL PARTNERS SGEIC SA. This committee will be responsible for analyzing the facts, gathering evidence, and issuing recommendations for action.

4. Precautionary and Disciplinary Measures
Precautionary measures such as temporary separation of duties may be applied, and sanctions may range from warnings to contract termination, depending on the severity of the case.

5. Training and Awareness
Mandatory annual training on workplace harassment prevention will be provided to all staff. Partners will also participate in awareness and inclusive leadership sessions.
