1. Objective

To guarantee employees’ right to digital disconnection outside working hours, protecting their health, rest, and personal life.

2. Availability Hours

Working hours are set from Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 19:00. Outside these hours, work-related communications are not permitted except in justified emergencies.

3. Training and Awareness

Training will be provided on techno-stress, time management, and responsible use of digital tools.

4. Monitoring and Compliance Committee

The monitoring committee will be composed of the company’s partners, who will ensure compliance with this policy and handle internal complaints.
